Spicy Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 8 chicken thighs

  • 3 tablespoons your hot choice of O’Mimo’s Hot Hot Sauce
    ( Or vary with Not So Hot Sauce or Head Exploader Hot Sauce)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 cup natural yogurt

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix your hot choice of O’Mimo’s Hot Sauce, olive oil, natural yogurt, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Grill chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C/165°F.

  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
