O’Mimo’s Chilli Madness Hot Sauces and Apple Sage Chilli Jam commenced their journey in March 2020. Located in Portarlington, County Laois, Seamus and Mimo set out to create the best hot sauces and jam, offering not just heat but a variety of enticing flavours. O’Mimo’s sauces come in different heat levels, ensuring there is something for everyone. O’Mimos delicious, bold, and flavourful sauces and jam are ideal for those who love food adventures and flavourful explosions. A must-have in every household, they are versatile and can be used in myriad ways: as dips, to add flavours to mayonnaise, in marinades, on toasties, nachos, as condiments, or as recipe ingredients.

O’Mimo’s delicious Hot Sauces and Chilli Jam are made in small batches with prime ingredients. They are sourced locally where possible. We use Bramley apples and sage from our garden in season and Sean, Seamus’s brother is growing a myriad of a variety of 10 of the hottest chillies in Mallow, County Cork for our Special Edition TropAtomic Hot Sauce. The very hot chillies mixed with pineapple, mango, ginger, lemon and lime combine naturally together, to give this sauce a kick and a warmth to remember. Our Chilli Mango Mania Hot Sauce is made with Alphonso Mango, known as the King of Mangoes, offering a sublime, luscious and fiery deliciousNess. Our original 3 sauces the Not So Hot Sauce, Hot Hot Sauce and the Head Exploder are the original sauces that sent O’Mimo’s on the path to AwesomeNess and DeliciousNess. Mimo has brought back to life sauces that her grandmother made in Mumbai and Karachi. These South Asian Sauces are full of feisty, fiery, bold flavours to bring your taste buds alive. Each hot sauce and chilli jam is made with care and passion and the different heat levels make sure that there is something for everyone, ensuring a memorable culinary experience.
