Ingredients:
4 bone-in pork chops
2-3 tablespoons O’Mimo’s Apple Chili Sage Jam
( Or Head Exploader Hot Sauce)2 teaspoons of olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix O’Mimo’s Apple Chili Sage Jam or Head Exploader Hot Sauce olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
Rub the mixture onto the pork chops and let them marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill pork chops for 5-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C/145°F.
Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
