Grilled Prawn Skewers
Ingredients:
500g prawns, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons O’Mimo’s Chili Mango Mania or TropAtomic Hot Sauce
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix O’Mimo’s Chilli Mango Mania or Tropotomic Hot Sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Add prawns to the bowl and coat well with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated prawns onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until prawns are fully cooked.
